1 Introduction & Agreement

2 Account Registration & Verification

To register with apk3x, you must provide accurate and complete information. apk3x reserves the right to terminate any account found to contain false information. Each individual may hold only one account.

• No individual may open more than one account.
• Opening an account in someone else's name or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

To ensure security, apk3x follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Before withdrawals or for transactions above a certain amount, you may be required to verify your identity and address.

• National Identity Card (NID) Or a copy of your passport.
• Proof of Current Address — Utility bill or bank statement.

Password & Security

Keeping your apk3x account password confidential is your responsibility. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. apk3x will never ask for your password via email or chat.

3 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when betting on apk3x. Violating these terms and conditions may result in bets being voided or accounts being suspended.

Minimum & Maximum Bet Limits

• Minimum Bet: ৳50 per event.
• Maximum Bet: Separate limits apply for each market and event.
• Single Bet Limit: apk3x sets the maximum payout limit for specific events.

Bet Cancellation Policy

Apk3x reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:

• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed.
• If there is a technical error or obvious mistake in the odds.
• If evidence of betting manipulation or match fixing is found.
• Multiple accounts are used to place bets on opposite outcomes of the same event.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. apk3x updates odds in real time, so the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed will apply. apk3x is not liable for bets that fail to register due to network issues.

4 Payment & Transaction Terms

All financial transactions on apk3x are handled securely and transparently. Instant deposits and fast withdrawals are available via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500.
• A verified mobile banking account must be used to make deposits.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Repeated deposits from the same number may be subject to limits.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Processing Time: Usually within 2–24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

Transaction Fees

Apk3x generally does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, the payment gateway provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond apk3x's control.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Apk3x's bonus program offers exclusive benefits to members. However, each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements that must be met.

Welcome Bonus

• A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit.
• A minimum deposit of ৳1,000 is required to qualify for a bonus.
• Wagering Requirements: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Multiple welcome bonuses cannot be claimed by the same person or household.

Cashback & Reload Bonuses

• Daily cashback bonuses are credited directly to your balance.
• Wagering requirements do not apply to cashback (unless otherwise specified).
• Separate terms for each reload bonus offer will be provided with the respective promotion.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system will result in apk3x cancelling the bonus and suspending the account. Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, claiming bonuses via VPN, and bonus washing are all strictly prohibited.

6 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the security and integrity of the apk3x platform. Violating these Terms & Conditions may result in permanent account closure.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same name is strictly prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Transactions involving illegal funds or suspicious sources are strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Any attempt to artificially influence the outcome of an event.
• Software Hacking: Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Underage Use: Account management on behalf of anyone under 18 years of age.
• VPN Abuse: Accessing the platform via VPN from a restricted region.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Apk3x reserves the right to suspend or close any account without notice. This typically occurs for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Registering with false information.
• Extended inactivity (12 months or more).

Voluntary Account Closure

You may also close your account yourself by emailing support@apk3x.biz. Please withdraw any remaining balance before your account is closed.

Self-Exclusion

8 Limitation of Liability

Apk3x is committed to delivering the highest standard of service. However, apk3x is not liable in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unauthorized access to a user's account (where caused by the user's own negligence).
• Natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.
• Financial losses from betting are entirely the user's own risk.
